Scrawny Bugbear can be found in Blighted Village during Act One.

The bugbear is Sleeping Sleeping next to an unfinished meal of wine and Rotten Chicken Eggs in the Blighted Village at X: 33 Y: 441. Unlike most other cases of the sleeping condition, Shove Shove does not wake them.

If the Scrawny Bugbear is woken up (by doing damage or other hostile actions), they will be permanently hostile.
