Dead Tiefling is a corpse in the Blighted Village next to
Lump the Enlightened.

If the party interact with the tiefling via 
Speak with Dead and pass a 
DC 5 Perception check, they learn that the corpse was torn open by huge hands, presumably by Lump and his companions.
The tiefling claims to be a friend of 
Zorru. The ogres state that she came from the east calling for 
Yul. She reveals that she arrived in the Blighted Village because she saw gith. 
Lae'zel may comment that she must have been quick of foot to avoid gith hunters.
