Scared Boar can be found on the Ravaged Beach during Act One.
Involvement
Act One
The Scared Boar can be encountered near the location of Astarion's first meeting with the party. The boar is fearful of humanoids and views them as murderous predators, but it can be calmed with or passing a DC 10 Animal Handling check. Calming the boar grants approval from some of the party members. Alternatively, the boar can be killed for camp supplies. Simply observing the boar causes it to leave peacefully.
