Torgga is one of the bandits raiding the Overgrown Ruins in Act One.

Torgga is in the Refectory inspecting the library for loot together with Cefrey Cefrey, Barton Barton, and Haseid Haseid, while Mari Mari patrols the antechamber and Andorn Andorn guards the Chapel Entrance. Barton and the others are instantly hostile to the party.
