The Nautiloid Wreck is a Location within the Wilderness in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. It is located north-west of the entry point at which the player arrives after the events of the Prologue. It can be seen on the map as a violet structure with Mind Flayer motifs.

Overview

• A trio of Intellect Devourers can be found at X: 230 Y: 271. If Shadowheart is chosen as an Origin character, only two are present.
• A dying Mind Flayer can be found in the northern section of the Nautiloid Wreck at X: 180 Y: 320. Killing it earns To Sleep, Perchance to Dream, Tentacled Dreams for the Haunted One. Sparing it and succumbing to its influence will kill the party character that interacts with it.
