Shattered Duergar is a dead character whose corpse can be found on the beach area of the Underdark during Act One.

The duergar's corpse can be found near the Decrepit Village at X: 11 Y: -198. He was hunting the slave 
Thulla who stole Nere's boots but unfortunately met his end thanks to the Myconids who caused him to kill himself.

The shattered duergar can be spoken to with 
Speak with Dead.
