Difficult TerrainDifficult Terrain halves the Movement Speed of creatures moving through it, requiring 2 m / 7 ft⁠2 m / 7 ft of movement to move 1 m / 3 ft⁠1 m / 3 ft through this type of area.

The extra expenditure for movement also applies to JumpingJumping. Furthermore, Weapon actions which require expending movement do not function while the character is affected by Difficult Terrain. These include Brace (Ranged)Brace (Ranged), Brace (Melee)Brace (Melee), and PreparePrepare.
