Salazon is a human who guards a Zhentarim hideout in Act One.

Salazon guards the entrance to the Zhentarim Basement at Waukeen's Rest. When the party first approach, Salazon readies an attack at them. If the party saved Rugan Rugan in the cave, they can recite the passphrase to obtain peaceful entry or pass an Ability Check. Although aligned with the Zhentarim, Salazon does not become hostile if the party fight the members in the basement.
