Traveller Griska is a tiefling trader who can be found at Fraygo's Flophouse in Wyrm's Crossing during Act Three. She will warn the player about the Open Hand Temple turning away refugees, and also offer to sell them various items.
Although she operates as a fully functional merchant, Griska is unfortunately not marked as such on the minimap.
