Tiefling

Tieflings are a playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. Touched by the Hells, tieflings are resistant to fire and carry extraordinary Infernal powers.

About tieflings

Tieflings are mortals marked by infernal blood tracing back to the Nine Hells. Born from ancient pacts or distant devilish ancestry, they bear horns, tails, and ember-bright eyes that set them apart. Across Faerûn, they often face suspicion and fear, yet their heritage does not determine their fate. Hardened by prejudice, tieflings are resilient and self-reliant. Whether descended from Asmodeus, Mephistopheles, or Zariel, they strive to define themselves beyond their fiendish legacy.

Hellish Resistance

Your blood protects you from flame, abyssal or otherwise. Gain Resistance to ⁠Fire damage, taking only half damage from it.
