Traveller Griska is a tiefling trader who can be found at Fraygo's Flophouse in Wyrm's Crossing during Act Three .
Griska will warn the party about the Open Hand Temple turning away refugees, and also offers to sell them various items. Although she operates as a fully functional merchant, Griska is unfortunately not marked as such on the minimap.
