Meerna is a member of the Clan Ironhand gnomes trapped with Nere Nere in Act One.

Meerna is trapped together with Nere Nere and Wicky Wicky in a cave-in. She dies alongside Nere there, or by being thrown into the lava by him after freeing them.[1]

  1. ↑ If a party member teleports close to Nere to block the cutscene, Meerna remains alive but bugged, unable to interacted with. [verify] Similarly, if Nere is attacked before the cutscene, she initially appears standing beside him in the cave but vanishes once combat starts. Welso Welso continues his dialogue, crying for her, as though she had been pushed into the lava.
