Involvement[edit | edit source]

Act One[edit | edit source]

Taman is at the Chapel Entrance arguing with Gimblebock Gimblebock on whether to abandon their post to search the Nautiloid. While Gimblebock insists on exploring the ship, Taman is wary that the Nautiloid will be the death of them. Nearby, Quelenna Quelenna and Warryn Warryn also guard the ruins.

On approaching, Gimblebock automatically engages the party in conversation. The party can convince the looters to leave the area or attack them. Failing any of the ability checks causes Taman and the others to attack.

Idle banter[edit | edit source]

Gimblebock: There could be all sorts of loot in that thing - don't you want to be rich?

  • Taman: Of course I want to be rich - but not if it'll get me killed.
    • Gimblebock: You'll die a bloody pauper unless you take a few risks.
      • Taman: Why don't we just wait a while? Make sure it's safe.
        • Gimblebock: Either we act now, or someone else will pick that wreck clean and leave us nothing.
          • Taman: Haven't seen anyone but us. It's just wilderness out here.
            • Gimblebock: Hells. Pity you aren't as good at graverobbing as you are at excuses.
              • Taman: Just being careful. Like my mum always said, fools rush in.
