Fist Helena is Gnome NPC who helps the party during the assault on Moonrise Towers depending on the players' choices in Act Two.
Involvement
If the party didn't let Flaming Fist Marcus capture Isobel in Last Light Inn, she will join the Flaming Fists Nipawa ,Ulthred, and Rhed in assisting the party against the Absolute forces.
After the battle, if she manages to survive the fight, she and the remaining Flaming Fists will enter a second fight in the Moonrise Towers Prison against Duckie Verish, Sarabayle, Willinx Jindlebee, a Death Shepherd, and a bunch of Necromites. The party can help her and the Fists, and if they survive then they will continue guarding the prison until the party defeats Ketheric Thorm.
