Iron Consul Garmin is a cultist of Bane and one of Gortash's bodyguards.

Involvement

Garmin replaces Iron Consul Lo at X: -20 Y: 200 if he was killed before Gortash retreats to his office on the top floor of Wyrm's Rock Fortress during Act Three.
