Before the ceremony she sits among other patriars on the pews in central nave of the Audience Hall.

After the ceremony ends, Lady Ruth stays near the throne, listening to several other guests discussing the Steel Watch with Gortash and Ulder Ravengard Ulder Ravengard, but not taking much part in the conversation. If spoken with, she praises Gortash as the "man of the right people" and says that the citizens are untouchable under him as an Archduke.

If the party choose to confront Gortash, they can later find Lady Linnacker along with all other invited guests and their retinue – slaughtered in the Audience hall.

According to the research of the Black Hand of Loyalty, Lady Ruth Linnacker is one of the nobles who may easily fall in line with the cult via bribery, blackmail, or direct threats.[1]
