Otto Ott is a human found inside a cell in Wyrm's Rock Prison during Act Three.
I don't need to escape. I've got food, water, privacy. And I mean to keep it that way.

Otto Ott can be spoken with in his cell. The party can threaten or offer to help him escape, but Otto rebukes that in prison he has food, water and privacy and does not want to leave.

Breva BrightmoonBreva Brightmoon, the sleeping guard at the main door of the prison, can be heard talking about "Old Man Otto" by passing a Perception check. She mutters that he is "back here again". If the party pass this skill check they can say that Otto is their father to gain access to the prison.

A guard on break in the adjacent room can be overheard saying that Otto has been talking in his sleep about a dragon sleeping beneath Wyrm's Rock.
