It's possible to summon some of the City Watch's great weapon fighters to protect their home for Confront the Elder Brain

When Valeria is an ally in Gather Your Allies, it's possible to summon The Watch The Watch via the Gather Your Allies (class action) Gather Your Allies (class action). That action summons 3 guards, one Tiefling, one Orc, and one Gold Dwarf.
