Redcap Mystic Cannoneer are archetypes of Redcap fey creatures in the The Blushing Mermaid during Act Three, similar to the Redcaps found in Act One.

Rend a creature's flesh and make them  Bleed.

 Range: 18 m (60 ft)

 Throw ()   –  Scrap and Shrapnel Grenade

Damage

Normal weapon damage

Your Strength affects how much weight you can throw. Heavier items deal more damage.

The damage of weapons with the thrown property is the same as the weapon's melee damage.
