Redcap Mystic Cannoneer are an archetype of Redcap fey creatures found in the The Blushing Mermaid during Act Three, similar to the Redcaps found in Act One.

Rend a creature's flesh and make them  Bleed.

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft

 Throw ()   –   Scrap and Shrapnel Grenade

Damage:

Normal weapon damage

The damage of weapons with the thrown property is the same as the weapon's melee damage.
