Kuo-Toa (creature)

Kuo-Toa are a fish-like humanoid creature in The Festering Cove of the Underdark during Act One.

Involvement

Four Kuo-Toa can be seen worshipping  BOOOAL along with a number of  Kuo-toa Hunters. Should the party fight BOOOOAL, all of the kuo-toa in the area will also attack the party.

Undead and constructs can't receive Gaping Wounds.
