Mistress of Souls is a title given to certain Myrkul-aligned spellcasters within the Cult of Myrkul.

Mechanically, they are identical characters, bearing the same statistics and equipment, differing in personality, aesthetic, and function within the story. It seems that they know the truth behind the tadpoles. Unlike the Zealots, Adepts, and other members of the Cult of the Absolute, they seem to be fully aware of what the Absolute is and the religious hoax they're doing.[1]
