“The City Watch will join you!„
Involvement
During the initial battle for High Hall, a large force of infiltrated Absolutist cultists coming from the Upper City Sewers destroyed and routed the City Watch away from the keep, forcing what's left of the Watch to flee. Faced with severe casualties, what remains of the disposable City Watch forces available to retake High Hall are in the form of a small squad of Watcher Guardians under Constable Valeria's orders, and an incohesive group of panicked Watchers attempting to escape the High Hall's courtyard.[1]
These Watcher Guardians can be summoned with the variant, if Valeria has been saved and is an ally present for the final battle. Summons a male Half-Orc, a female Tiefling, and a female Gold Dwarf to fight at the party's side.
