Dame Guisarme is a gold dwarf in Baldur's Gate 3.

Guisarme is a patron of the Elfsong Tavern in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate. She has done some heroic exploits and juvenile pranks together with Bombasto Bombasto.

  • Dame Guisarme and her companion Bombasto might be references to Vox Machina, resembing gnome cleric Pike Trickfoot and goliath barbarian Grog Strongjaw. A Guisarme is a medival polearm - or a pike.
