Bomasto is a patron of the Elfsong Tavern in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate. He has done some heroic exploits and juvenile pranks together with

- Bombasto and his companion Dame Guisarme might be references to Vox Machina, resembing gnome cleric Pike Trickfoot and goliath barbarian Grog Strongjaw. A Guisarme is a medival polearm - or a pike.
