Bunt Chugley can be found wandering the area around Elfsong Tavern in the Lower City during Act Three.

Bunt Chugley is a human drunk who shows up wandering the area around the Elfsong Tavern once Gortash is dead. While walking he continuously makes remarks about Gortash's passing.
He is one of the residents of Nortale's Hostel.
Idle banter[edit | edit source]
Bunt Chugley: Plenty of folk liked that Gortash bloke, judging by all the obituaries.
Bunt Chugley: Never much time for lords, myself - but from what I read Gortash was a stand-up bloke.
Bunt Chugley: Can't believe Lord Gortash's shuffled off for good. S'all the gazette's printing these days.
