Bunt Chugley wanders the area around Elfsong Tavern in the Lower City during Act Three.

Bunt Chugley is a drunk human who wanders the area around the Elfsong Tavern. Once Gortash is dead, he constantly remarks about Gortash's passing.
He is one of the residents of Nortale's Hostel.
