Fist Hextra is a human fighter and a member of the Flaming Fist. She can be found in the streets of the Lower City in Act Three.

Fist Hextra is patrolling the streets of Lower City with Fist MalayahFist Malayah, Fist MadsteneFist Madstene and a Steel WatcherSteel Watcher. Their route runs forth and back around the Elfsong Tavern (approximately from X: 33 Y: -9 to X: 58 Y: -32).

Hextra and her mates do not respond to any attempts to speak with them, regardless of whether the Steel Watch Foundry is intact or destroyed.
