A Full-Illithid is a character who has undergone complete ceremorphosis and become a Mind Flayer. This option will only become available after travelling to the Astral Plane during the quest Confront the Elder Brain.

The player character, Orpheus or Karlach may undergo the full transformation[Needs Verification].

Attacks and abilities

As a full-illithid, a character may now unlock any of the regular illithid powers. As well, they automatically gain some more powerful versions of regular powers:
