Lyrux Goldthroat is a Bard that is performing in the Guildhall within the Lower City Sewers.

As a Dragonborn you can ask her if she knows any of Quil's songs. She does indeed know them, but Baldurian people prefer Baldurian songs. She doesn't do requests.
