Echo of Sendai is a ghost of a drow Bhaalspawn. She was one of the members of the Five during the Bhaalspawn crisis.

Overview

Backstory

In life, Sendai was once a Bhaalspawn and a member of the Five which was an alliance between five powerful Bhaalspawns formed by  Amelyssan, Bhaal's high priestess, who sought to slaughter their siblings in exchange for power. Like the rest of the Five, she was defeated in her enclave by her sibling and fellow Bhaalspawn, Gorion's Ward.

 Bhaal was ⁠resurrected a century after Sendai's death. After this  Sarevok Anchev was able to bring her back as an Echo to serve in the Murder Tribunal along with  Abazigal,  Illasera and Amelyssan.

Involvement

Sendai is first encountered in the Murder Tribunal, where she accompanies Sarevok. If the player character refuses to become an Unholy Assassin or performs any hostile actions she becomes hostile. If the player character instead completes ⁠Impress the Murder Tribunal and becomes an Unholy Assassin of Bhaal, she can be questioned to learn more about her history.

Reduce a target's maximum Hit Points, but never below 1.

Putrefy a creature with Necrotic energy filling your hands.
