Phostlethwaite is a guest of The Guild, drinking with Tut Thistlebog in the Guildhall at X: -16 Y: 739.

If the party succeed a passive DC 18 Insight Check DC 18 Insight Check, or have Jaheira in the party, it is revealed that Phostlethwaite is not actually drunk but just pretending to in order to keep Tut out of trouble. If the party fail the check, it is neccessary to pass a DC 15 Constitution Check DC 15 Constitution Check to resist Tut's belching.

If all checks are passed, Tut reveals that the Stone LordStone Lord is going after The Counting House, which is a trap by Nine-Fingers KeeneNine-Fingers Keene to catch him.

If the Stone Lord'sStone Lord's plans are revealed by UktarUktar, Tut will tell the party to "G'WAY", with Phostlethewaite mentioning he's all riled up. No further information can be obtained from them.
