Lorna has been lured by a vampire to this area expecting to attend an 'underground party'. They met the night before in The Blushing Mermaid. A party member can engage her in conversation, wherein she describes her date. Passing a DC 10 InsightCheck check reveals the date to be a vampire. If Astarion is the one talking to her, she says that her date looks a bit like him. Either way, the interacting party member can inform her of her date's likely nature. No matter which dialogue choices are made, in the end she decides to "give this party a miss" and departs.
