Blue Jay is a beast NPC found on the Rosymorn Monastery Trail in Act One. Talking to him and agreeing to help him initiates the Blue Jay's Find quest. He may be interacted with via

Interactions
Blue Jay is a bird of dubious morals encountered on the road to Rosymorn Monastery. He can initially be found hovering alongside a small nest containing a key. When pressed, the bird will coyly admit that he stole the nest from "some poor little tit who wasn't paying attention."
Talking to him about "drunk lizards" prompts a 
DC 14 Nature check which, if passed, hints at the Kobold presence at the Rosymorn Monastery.
You may threaten to eat him, scaring him off.

Blue Jay will attempt to recruit you to take back "his" nest from the Giant Eagles atop the monastery room. Upon completion, he will reveal the location of a hidden stash on the region map.
