Phostlethwaite is a guest of The Guild who can be found drinking with Tut Thistlebog in the Guildhall at X: -16 Y: 739.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

If the party passes a passive DC 18 Insight check, or has Jaheira in the party, it will be revealed that Phostlethwaite is not actually drunk but just pretending to in order to keep Tut out of trouble. If the party fails the check, they will have to perform another DC 15 Constitution check to resist Tut's belching.

If all checks are passed, Tut reveals the Minsc Stone Lord is going after The Counting House, which is a trap by Nine-Fingers Keene Nine-Fingers Keene to catch him.
