Kirgrath is a special replacement character in the Grymforge who takes control of the gnome slaves if Brithvar dies during the mutiny against Nere.

Involvement
Kirgrath only shows up if both Nere and Brithvar are dead. He takes over for Clan Flameshade, and must be convinced in order to free the gnome slaves:
- [BERSERKER] [INTIMIDATION] RELEASE THEM, NOW! (DC 10 )
- [BARBARIAN] [INTIMIDATION] You sure they're worth dying over? (DC 10 )
- [INTIMIDATION] Set them free, or I will thrash you like I thrashed Nere. (DC 10)
- [PERSUASION] Let the gnomes go. They'll just slow you down. (DC 10)
