Githzerai are an ascetic splinter group of gith that now live in the Limbo Plane, after millennia of enslavement by mind flayers.
The 
Waking Mind of a githzerai can be found at the Mind Flayer Colony, and can be conversed with in that location. It will make a request to the character conversing with it, and will reward the special condition 
if this request is agreed to. Their brain can also be consumed.
