Ghasts are an undead creature and non-playable race in Baldur's Gate 3.

About ghasts[edit | edit source]

Ghasts are similar to Ghouls – sharing a hunched, lean appearance and Paralysing Paralysing claw attack – though larger, stronger, and permanently bearing an aura that resists being Turned Turned. They also have the unique ability to weaponise their stench and cause Nausea Nausea in foes.
