Cranium Rats are a type of rat Beast found in the Undercity Ruins and surrounding areas in Act Three. The Netherbrain speaks through the rats in unison.

Combat[edit | edit source]

Cranium Rats will become temporarily hostile when wandering too close to the Morphic Pool Dock before obtaining all three Netherstones.

Attacking a Cranium Rat will engage their passive feature Infectious Madness, and possibly cause Confusion in the attacker. This passive will not be triggered when attacking with area spells like Fireball.
