Death Shepherd is an Undead creature in Baldur's Gate 3.

Two can be found leading a swarm of ghouls along the Rosymorn Monastery Trail, and another appears in the Necrotic Laboratory within the Mind Flayer Colony. A unique Death Shepherd named Garret Dortmell can appear in the Lower City Graveyard if the player chooses to help Nina Dortmell resurrect him.
