Quartermaster Arkleia Oloril grumpily tells the party to clear off when first approached. However, she can be convinced to show her stock of goods if the party passes an ability check:

- [INTIMIDATION] Either you trade with me, or I suggest you start running. (DC 18)
- [PERSUASION] What if I were to pay for, say, a 'trading license' first? (500) (DC 15)
