Mirthis is a Flameshade duergar ranger at Grymforge during Act One.

Mirthis patrols the area near the enslaved deep gnomes. If the party conspire with Brithvar Brithvar against Nere Nere, Mirthis is loyal to Clan Flameshade and joins combat against the drow and duergar cultists.
