The Murder Tribunal (also known as the Bhaalist Crypt) is a Location within the Undercity in Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3. It can only be accessed from Candulhallow's Tombstones which is north-east of the Elfsong Tavern at X: 74 Y: Y:25.

The Bhaalist crypt's hall hosts members of a tribunal who can elect members of the Cult of Bhaal to become Unholy Assassins of Bhaal.

Fast travel and resting are not possible inside of this area.

Entrance[edit | edit source]

Down the stairs from the hidden entrance in Candulhallow's, there is a sign declaring "Flaming Fists This Way!". Inside the recessed area beyond is a tripwire which triggers several barrels to drop down and explode. Around the corner is a chest with some alchemical ingredients.

Tribunal Antechamber[edit | edit source]

Beyond a wooden door is an antechamber, with three undead Death Knights; That Which Guards, That Which Watches and That Which Lurks. See Infiltrate the Murder Tribunal Infiltrate the Murder Tribunal for gaining entrance.

Hall of the Murder Tribunal[edit | edit source]

The main area of the Bhaalist crypt is the the hall where the murder tribunal is held. In the Judicial Seat at the far end of the hall is Sarevok Anchev Sarevok Anchev, joined by the echoes of Echo of Amelyssan Amelyssan, Echo of Illasera Illasera and Echo of Sendai Sendai.

If the player character chooses to become an Unholy assassin, then the party will be able to trade with Echo of Abazigal Echo of Abazigal.

Sacrificial chamber[edit | edit source]

Hidden behind a false wall is a sacrificial chamber, currently holding Valeria Valeria and a trunk containing her belongings.
