Death Shepherd is an Undead creature and non-playable race in Baldur's Gate 3.

About Death Shepherds

Two Death Shepherds can be found leading a swarm of ghouls along the Rosymorn Monastery Trail. Another can be found in the Moonrise Towers Prison during the assault on Moonrise Towers, and a fourth appears in the Necrotic Laboratory within the Mind Flayer Colony. A unique Death Shepherd named Garret Dortmell can appear in the Lower City Graveyard if the player chooses to help Nina Dortmell resurrect him.
