Manifestations of Tyranny are summoned by  Enver Gortash during his combat encounter in Act Three.

Combat

Their basic melee attack,  Black Hand Strike, which they also use for Opportunity Attacks, deals ⁠Force damage.

3d6 + 4⁠Force

Attack with the closed fist of Bane.

 Melee: 1.5 m / 5 ft

 Shove ()

Try to push your target away. Your chances depend on your Athletics, and are higher if you're hidden or invisible.

The shove distance depends on your Strength and the target's weight.

 Range: 1.5 m / 5 ft

 Throw ()

Damage:

Normal weapon damage

Throw a character or item from the world or your inventory.

Your Strength affects how much weight you can throw. Heavier items deal more damage.

The damage of weapons with the thrown property is the same as the weapon's melee damage.

 Range: 18 m / 60 ft
