Cursed Kuo-Toa Chief is a Kuo-toa creature located in Act Two. It is found in the abandoned fishing shack north of the House of Healing.

Interactions[edit | edit source]

A Cursed Kuo-Toa Chief[1] leads an Ambush Ambush of Cursed Kuo-Toa along the northern coastline of Reithwin Town. It is continuously affected by Shadow-Cursed Undead Shadow-Cursed Undead, reducing it to a shadow of its former glory, and Drenched Drenched, rendering its opponents soaking wet with each attack.

Upon death, the creature's type and race revert to Humanoid Kuo-toa as the shadow curse leaves the body.
