How to learn

Classes:

• Class Level 1: Bard, Druid, and Nature Domain (Domain Spell)

• Class Level 2: Ranger

• Class Level 3: Oath of the Ancients (Oath Spell), and Wildheart

Races:

• Character level 1: Forest Gnome

(Character level is the sum of all class levels for a multi-classed character.)

Feats:

•  Magic Initiate: Druid
•  Magic Initiate: Bard
•  Ritual Caster

Notes

•  Wildhearts can cast this spell once per Long Rest.
•  Forest Gnomes can cast this spell once per Long Rest.
•  Knowledge Domains have a version of this spell called  Read Thoughts that is used by expending a Channel Divinity charge instead of the Spell Slot and the spell is not considered Ritual.
