Colum is a dead thug whose corpse is in Arabella's Cave inside the Lower City Sewers together with  Brigand Harrold,  Livin' Large Timbo and  Woodchips Grant. They were likely killed by  Arabella.^[1]

If Arabella does not survive to Act Three, the cave is empty instead and Colum's corpse is not present.
