'Tomelia' is a gnoll NPC who works in the kitchen in Moonrise Towers during Act Two. She and her fellow gnolls, 'Barnabus' and 'Timothy', work in Moonrise Towers' kitchens under Linsella, being trained against their vicious nature to speak and behave courteously.

'Tomelia' and her kin are initially found in Moonrise Towers kitchen, struggling against Linsella's domesticating commands. The player can free them from her thrall by succeeding a Wisdom check.

If the gnolls are freed from their mental servitude, they will ally with the player during the assault on Moonrise Towers.
