Act Two[edit section | visual editor]
Moonrise Towers[edit section | visual editor]
Soreni is first encountered in the Moonrise Towers Prison, conversing with fellow drow Zealot Zira about the fates of the True Souls that have received audiences from Ketheric Thorm and the Absolute. If interacting with Soreni, she informs the party they moved all the cargo to the docks outside.
Should the party attempt to help the gnomes and tieflings escape from the prison, Soreni can join The Warden in pursuit of the escapees should the cells be opened (either by the party, or by the Warden). Soreni can engage the prisoners in combat and kill them if the party do not intervene.
Defending Moonrise Towers[edit section | visual editor]
If the Nightsong is freed and the Harpers launch their assault on Moonrise Towers, Soreni is killed during the subsequent battle. Her corpse can be found next to the staircase leading into Moonrise Towers, at X: -153 Y: -114.

Idle banter[edit section | visual editor]
- Zealot Soreni
- You ought to be kinder, you know. To the prisoners, I mean.
- Zealot Soreni
- Any one of them could be elevated to True Soul, should they accept the Absolute.
- Zealot Zira
- Ugh. Then I shall have to keep them busy praying for mercy from other gods, won't I?
- Zealot Zira
- You're mistaken, surely.
- Zealot Soreni
- I am not.
- Zealot Zira
- But we've seen, what? Five True Souls sent for an audience?
- Zealot Soreni
- And not a single one came back down from the tower-top. Must've been unworthy.
- Zealot Zira
- It is impossible to keep a garment clean down here.
- Zealot Soreni
- You'll find it all the harder once we're off on the march.
- Zealot Zira
- If you think I'm walking all the way to Baldur's Gate without a litter, you don't know me at all.
- Zealot Soreni
- Oh, of course! Perhaps our prisoners can be your bearers. A fine view from gnome-back, I expect.
