Act Two[edit section | visual editor]
Moonrise Towers[edit section | visual editor]
Zira is first encountered in the Moonrise Towers Prison, conversing with fellow drow Zealot Soreni about the fates of the True Souls that have received audiences from Ketheric Thorm and the Absolute.
Should the party attempt to help the gnomes and tieflings escape from the prison, Zira can join The Warden in pursuit of the escapees should the cells be opened (either by the party, or by the Warden). Zira can engage the prisoners in combat and kill them if the party do not intervene.
Defending Moonrise Towers[edit section | visual editor]
If the Nightsong is freed and the Harpers launch their assault on Moonrise Towers, Zira is killed during the subsequent battle. Her corpse can be found on the bridge leading into Moonrise Towers proper, at X: -153 Y: -114.

Idle banter[edit section | visual editor]
Zira occasionally talks to Soreni:
- Zealot Soreni
- You ought to be kinder, you know. To the prisoners, I mean.
- Zealot Soreni
- Any one of them could be elevated to True Soul, should they accept the Absolute.
- Zealot Zira
- Ugh. Then I shall have to keep them busy praying for mercy from other gods, won't I?
- Zealot Zira
- You're mistaken, surely.
- Zealot Soreni
- I am not.
- Zealot Zira
- But we've seen, what? Five True Souls sent for an audience?
- Zealot Soreni
- And not a single one came back down from the tower-top. Must've been unworthy.
- Zealot Zira
- It is impossible to keep a garment clean down here.
- Zealot Soreni
- You'll find it all the harder once we're off on the march.
- Zealot Zira
- If you think I'm walking all the way to Baldur's Gate without a litter, you don't know me at all.
- Zealot Soreni
- Oh, of course! Perhaps our prisoners can be your bearers. A fine view from gnome-back, I expect.
