Hellsboars are a type of Fiend creature in Baldur's Gate 3. They are fiendish monsters native to the Nine Hells.

About hellsboars[edit | edit source]

Three can be found in a small abandoned chapel in the Grymforge, along with a Merregon. Lesser Hellsboars can be encountered in the prologue on the Nautiloid, and Vengeful Boars can be found in the House of Hope.
